Content Policy

Prohibited Content

You may not use VideoCreate to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW content — nudity, pornography, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content involving real or AI-generated persons
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content depicting or suggesting minors in sexual situations. Zero tolerance; reported to NCMEC/law enforcement
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — deepfakes or manipulated media of real persons in intimate scenarios without explicit consent
• Hate speech and discrimination — content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Violence and gore — graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or content glorifying real-world violence
• Terrorism and extremism — content promoting terrorist organizations, radicalization, or extremist ideologies
• Fraud and deception — content designed to scam, deceive, or defraud others, including impersonation of public figures for misleading purposes
• Illegal activities — content promoting illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, or other criminal activities
• Celebrity deepfakes — realistic video of identifiable public figures without authorization, especially in compromising scenarios
• Intellectual property infringement — content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights

Moderation Process

• Automated screening — All prompts and uploads are automatically screened for prohibited content before processing
• Output monitoring — Generated content is checked for policy violations before delivery
• Audit logging — All moderation actions are logged and retained for a minimum of 12 months
• Human review — Flagged content may be subject to human review

Enforcement

• First violation — Content removed, warning issued, generation blocked
• Repeat violations — Account suspended or permanently banned
• Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism) — Immediate permanent ban, reported to authorities, no refund
• Refund policy exception — Credits used for content that violates this policy are non-refundable

User Responsibilities

By using VideoCreate, you agree to:

• Not attempt to bypass content filters or moderation systems
• Not use the service to generate content prohibited by this policy
• Accept responsibility for all content generated under your account
• Report any policy violations you encounter to [email protected]

Appeals

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

Data Retention

Moderation audit logs (including blocked prompts, flagged uploads, and enforcement actions) are retained for a minimum of 12 months to comply with payment processor requirements and support dispute resolution.
