Who can use VideoCreate

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

• Credits are bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
• Credits never expire, have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• Each model costs the number of credits shown before you generate. Prices for future purchases may change; credits you already bought keep their value.
• Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically. Refunds of purchases follow the refund policy.

The free lane

The free daily clip is offered as-is. It waits in a queue, may take up to 72 hours, and may be limited or paused when demand is high.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the content policy. In short: no sexual content, nothing involving minors, no likeness of real people without their consent, no content that harasses, deceives or breaks the law. We may block prompts or uploads, and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits used for violating content.

Your content and outputs

• You keep the rights you have in the prompts and videos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
• We don’t claim ownership of the videos you generate. How you may use them also depends on the terms of the model provider that made them.
• Only upload videos you have the right to use.

AI output

Video models and our Video→Prompt analysis can be wrong or unexpected. Check results before relying on them. We may add, change or remove models when providers change or discontinue them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can stop using VideoCreate and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes. This doesn’t remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
